Location: Pennridge HS Green and White Gym

Teams of 5 (Up to 3 additional substitutes may be rostered)
$20 per team
(Please make all checks payable to “The Fellowship of Christian Athletes”)

Gatorade, snacks and pizza provided

Return form and entry fee to Mike Supp, Mr. Vincent, or Mr. Hollenbach or to Rm. 110 by Wednesday February 1st
